What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a structured, solution‑focused approach that blends hypnotherapy with proven therapeutic tools (such as cognitive reframing and NLP‑style language patterns). In a calm, focused state, you can explore the root causes of patterns and install healthier beliefs and responses. You remain aware and in control throughout.

How RTT works

RTT typically follows a clear flow: clarify your goal, uncover the root of the issue, reframe the meaning, and reinforce new beliefs and behaviors with targeted suggestions and a short, personalized audio to listen to between sessions.

What to expect in a session

• First session (90–120 min) — We define your goal, access root beliefs in a relaxed state, and create rapid reframes.
• Follow‑ups (60–90 min) — Reinforce shifts, address any remaining blocks, and fine‑tune new responses.
• Personalized audio (15–20 min) — Listen daily for 21–28 days to help your mind rehearse the new pattern.

How many sessions?

Safety and suitability

RTT is gentle and collaborative. You are not asleep, and you can stop at any time. RTT complements (but doesnt replace) medical or mental‑health care. If youre under a doctors care or have a history of seizures, psychosis, or certain conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before hypnotherapy.
